Omelette part deux

Very funny to see that one day I am blogging about Julia Child and her perfect omelette and the next day I see another blog with a kitchen tool to achieve that perfect omelette. Omelette
Seeing this pan makes me wonder..... what would I rather? Master the skill of omelette making perfectly so that wherever I am, no matter who's kitchen I'm in, I can always make that omelette.... Or.... buying this pan and be able to make the best ones only in my home.... Although it looks like a very fine tool.. I already have cluttered kitchen cabinets so I choose option 1. What would you rather?

Become a professional!

....Watching Julia Child cooking for me is very inspiring. The way she talks, moves and looks how she cooks is almost admirable. It is likes she becomes the product that is sizzling in her frying pan. For instance look at the show where she shows us how to make the perfect omelette. When she cooks it looks soooo easy but please try for your self and you'll notice it's not. Julia Child making an omelette

If you'd like to learn more basic cooking I could definitely recommend this book. It also helps you to cook more efficiently and gives tips and tricks and serving suggestions.

And as Julia Child always says: " You don't have to cook fancy or complicated, just good food from fresh ingredients."
