Finally I read a BBQ recipe that made me very happy!! The thing is... I am not such a big fan of BBQ. Mainly because it is linked directly with loads of meat and maybe (when you are lucky) some salad. Don't get me wrong, I love meat, but in these huge amounts and the (mostly) lack of veggies does not really get me going.
So this summer I will definitely try this one out.. maybe I don't even wait for the bbq as this dish could also be made on the home grill.
